Senior partner hire to lead and grow a multidisciplinary corporate practice in the firm’s San Diego office, with a primary focus on healthcare and life sciences. The role will combine client development, deal leadership and cross-practice collaboration across M&A, capital markets, technology transactions and IP-related matters.

Ideal candidate will help expand existing healthcare, life sciences and technology client relationships, work closely with transaction and IP litigation teams, and mentor junior lawyers. The role offers significant autonomy to build a portable practice and to shape local strategic priorities within a broad, national platform.

Established partner with a strong track record in corporate transactions (M&A and/or capital markets) and experience advising healthcare, life sciences or technology clients
Demonstrable client origination and relationship management capabilities; portable business preferred
Experience coordinating across IP, regulatory and litigation teams on complex deals and disputes
Proven leadership and team-building skills, plus ability to mentor and develop attorneys
Bar admission and credentials appropriate for partner-level practice in the U.S.
