Established global law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its San Diego office to grow a cross‑practice corporate platform. The role will focus on M&A and capital markets work across healthcare, life‑sciences and technology clients, with opportunities to collaborate with IP and litigation specialists.

The incoming partner will help lead client development in the region, take on high‑value deal work and coordinate with national and international teams. Portable business is welcome; the firm is open to established partners and groups that can contribute immediate client relationships and origination.

Proven partner‑level experience in M&A and/or capital markets, preferably with healthcare, life‑sciences or technology clients
Track record of client development and the ability to bring or grow a portable practice
Experience working with IP and/or litigation teams on transactional and related disputes
Admission to practice in California (or eligibility) and experience at a large national or international firm
