Lateral Partner, Corporate & Technology — San Diego

Senior corporate partner opportunity in a major national/international practice seeking a partner to lead and grow work across M&A, capital markets (issuer-side experience valuable), emerging-growth and technology transactions. The role will involve originating matters, advising growth and established technology clients, and working closely with sector teams including life sciences, fintech and energy.

Ideal candidates will have a proven partner track record of originating and managing complex deals, comfortable contributing to a collaborative, cross-office practice. The role balances business development and fee‑earner responsibilities and will interface with transactional, securities and IP specialists.

• Portable book of business of $4M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in M&A and capital markets, with technology or emerging‑growth clients
• Track record of originating business and leading deal teams
• Ability to work collaboratively across practices and industry sectors
