Senior lateral partner opportunity in Toronto for a lawyer with a strong Intellectual Property and/or Competition (antitrust) practice. The role is focused on leading and growing a portable practice, advising sophisticated corporate and regulatory clients across technology and telecommunications sectors.

The hiring group is open to experienced service partners in highly specialized areas and seeks a practitioner who can contribute immediate business generation. Candidates who do not meet the threshold for equity partnership may be considered for non-equity partner or counsel arrangements.

Established partner-level practice in Intellectual Property and/or Antitrust & Competition
Proven history of client origination and a portable book of business
Relevant sector experience (telecommunications and technology advantageous)
Admissions and eligibility to practise in Ontario/Canada
Strong commercial reputation and client relationships
