Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Jacksonville office to expand an established IP litigation practice with significant healthcare and life‑sciences matters. The role combines courtroom and counseling work for healthcare industry clients, supported by a broad national platform.

The team handles complex patent and IP disputes as well as regulatory and related litigation arising in the healthcare and life‑sciences sectors. The partner will work with cross‑disciplinary colleagues and have access to firm resources for client service and case management.

Seasoned IP litigator with substantial experience handling patent, trade secret or related IP disputes—preferably with healthcare/life‑sciences matters.
Proven trial and litigation management experience, including briefing, depositions and courtroom work.
Demonstrated client development and relationship management skills; a portable practice or book of business is welcome.
Active bar admission and good standing; strong communication and leadership skills for mentoring junior lawyers.
