The role focuses on counseling clients across technology and healthcare sectors, with a strong emphasis on privacy and data protection matters and regulatory compliance.

The successful candidate will have an established partner-level practice, a demonstrable track record of business development, and the ability to lead a multidisciplinary team. This role welcomes candidates with a portable practice and client relationships.

Partner-level experience advising on technology and healthcare matters, including privacy & data protection and regulatory compliance.
Proven business development record and experience growing a practice or team.
Strong leadership, client-management and mentoring skills.
Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or eligible for admission; willing to be based in or work from the Jacksonville office.
