Lateral Partner, Intellectual Property Litigation — New York

Department seeks a senior IP litigation partner to join its New York office. The role focuses on leading complex patent, trademark and other IP disputes across federal and state courts and before tribunals, managing teams and driving case strategy.

The firm is looking for a partner with an established litigation practice, strong client relationships and the ability to originate and grow business. The position offers a platform to handle high‑stakes matters and collaborate across practices.

• Established partner with substantial IP litigation experience (patent, trademark, trade secret or related areas).
• Proven track record of client origination and business development; portable book of business required.
• Demonstrated trial and motion practice experience in federal court and other relevant forums.
• Strong team management and mentoring skills; excellent written and oral advocacy.
• Bar admission in New York or ability to obtain admission.
