Leading U.S. law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its New Jersey intellectual property team. The role will focus on patent and trademark matters, including infringement litigation and enforcement work across varied technologies.

The team handles contentious and non-contentious IP matters for corporate clients; this opening is for a partner able to lead litigation, manage teams, and drive client relationships. The practice does not include streaming/platform-focused matters.

Established partner with a proven IP litigation and enforcement record (patent and trademark matters)
Trial and/or significant contested litigation experience preferred
Ability to lead engagements, supervise associates and collaborate across teams
Strong client-development and business-generation skills; portable book of business welcome
Admission to practice and credentials appropriate for New Jersey practice
