Partner — Technology & Regulatory (New Jersey)

Leading law firm seeking a partner to join its Technology, Media & Entertainment and Compliance & Regulatory practice in New Jersey. The role will focus on telecommunications, wireless and broadband regulatory work, and matters involving government contracts and public-sector regulatory compliance.

The successful candidate will advise clients on regulatory strategy, licensing and compliance matters, and work collaboratively with cross-practice teams on government-facing matters. This is a visible, business-facing role with opportunities to lead engagements and grow a specialty practice in the region.

• Established partner-level experience advising on telecommunications, communications and broadband regulatory matters.
• Demonstrated experience with government contracts, public-sector regulatory issues or related compliance work.
• Proven client relationship and business development skills; ability to lead matters and develop a portable practice welcomed.
• Bar admission and credentials appropriate for practice in New Jersey (or ability to qualify).
