Lateral Partner — Intellectual Property — New Jersey

Senior lateral opportunity for an intellectual property partner to lead and expand a full-service IP practice in the firm's New Jersey office. The role combines prosecution, licensing and contentious work, including Hatch‑Waxman matters and ITC Section 337 investigations.

The partner will manage client relationships, supervise junior lawyers and coordinate cross‑office teams on complex patent matters. Business development and growth of a portable practice are welcomed.

• Established partner-level experience in patent prosecution, licensing and patent litigation
• Demonstrated experience with Hatch‑Waxman litigation and ITC Section 337 investigations
• Proven record of managing teams and supervising associates on complex matters
• Strong business development skills; portable client relationships preferred
