Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Phoenix IP team. The role combines leadership of patent prosecution and patent litigation matters, and includes handling licensing and Hatch‑Waxman matters as well as trade/ITC investigations.

The successful candidate will help grow a portable practice locally and regionally, work with an interdisciplinary team of litigators and patent prosecutors, and mentor junior lawyers. This is a partner-level position with significant client-facing and business‑development expectations.

Proven partner‑level experience in patent prosecution and patent litigation.
Substantive experience with Hatch‑Waxman litigation and ITC/Section 337 investigations preferred.
Demonstrated ability to originate and grow client relationships; portable book of business welcomed.
Track record of mentoring and leading teams on complex matters.
Active bar admission(s) and relevant patent bar registration as required.
