Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Intellectual Property and Technology team in New York. The role will focus on matters at the intersection of IP, telecommunications and life sciences, working with a cross‑disciplinary team on high‑value transactions and counseling matters.

The firm is looking for a partner who can both lead client engagements and contribute to firm growth. Candidates with an existing, portable practice in IP/technology (telecom or life sciences experience a plus) will be particularly well regarded.

Established partner-level experience in intellectual property and technology matters
Substantive experience with telecommunications and/or life‑sciences clients preferred
Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships; portable practice considered
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and mentor junior lawyers
Admission to practice in New York (or eligibility) and excellent written and oral advocacy skills
