The role will involve handling anti-dumping and countervailing duty matters, advising on evolving U.S. tariff policy, and counseling clients on compliance and mitigation strategies.
The successful candidate will take a visible client-facing role, work collaboratively with litigation and regulatory colleagues, and help grow the practice. A portable practice and proven origination record are required; this is a partnership-track lateral placement.
- Established partner with deep experience in trade remedy litigation (AD/CVD) and trade compliance.
- Proven track record advising on U.S. trade policy and regulatory developments.
- Demonstrable client relationships and history of business origination; portable book of business expected.
- Strong litigation and regulatory advocacy skills; ability to lead matters and supervise teams.
- Active admission to a U.S. bar and eligibility to practice where required.
