Senior partner hire to lead and grow an investment funds practice from the Singapore office of a leading international law firm. The role focuses on fund formation, fund restructurings and general investment management work across private equity, real assets and alternative investment funds.

The partner will work with regional and global colleagues on cross-border transactions and regulatory matters, and will advise fund managers, sponsors and institutional investors on structuring and transactional issues. This is a visible leadership role with opportunities to develop client relationships and originate mandates in Asia.

Established partner-level funds practice with demonstrable experience in fund formation and investment management work.
Proven track record of originating and leading transactions and managing client relationships; a portable practice / book of business is required.
Experience on cross-border matters and working with international deal teams.
Admission or the ability to obtain admission in Singapore or another relevant jurisdiction; strong commercial and team leadership skills.
