Partner, Corporate (Infrastructure) — Singapore

Senior partner role to lead and grow an infrastructure-focused corporate practice in Singapore. You will advise on M&A, private equity and project-related corporate transactions for regional and international clients.

The role involves originating and managing complex deals, mentoring junior lawyers and working closely with cross-border teams. The firm seeks a commercially minded partner able to expand client relationships and win new mandates.

• Significant partner-level experience in infrastructure M&A and private equity transactions
