Leading international law firm is seeking a partner to join its corporate team in Singapore with a clear focus on venture capital and technology-related investments. The role will lead deal execution, originate transactions and advise growth-stage investors and companies on complex financing matters.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for developing and expanding a portable corporate practice with a focus on tech-enabled transactions, partnering with regional teams to service cross-border matters. This is a senior leadership role with significant client-facing and business-development expectations.

Established partner-level corporate/VC practice with experience on venture capital financings and technology-focused deals.
Proven track record of originating and closing transactions and managing multi-jurisdictional teams.
Portable book of business and demonstrable client relationships within the venture/tech ecosystem.
Strong commercial judgment, excellent client-management and business-development skills.
