Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Denver office to focus on intellectual property litigation for healthcare and life sciences clients. The role combines courtroom-focused IP litigation work with sector-specific counseling for healthcare and life sciences companies.

The partner will lead complex disputes, supervise associates, develop case strategy and collaborate with cross-practice teams. The role offers the opportunity to expand an existing practice in a busy, multidisciplinary environment.

Established partner-level IP litigation experience, preferably with healthcare or life sciences matters
Proven courtroom and trial experience handling complex patent or IP disputes
Track record of mentoring and leading litigation teams
Business development ability; portable practice or demonstrable client origination is a plus
