Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Madison office to grow and lead an IP litigation practice with significant healthcare and life‑sciences work. The role combines courtroom and counseling work across patent, trade secret and related disputes arising in the healthcare and life‑sciences sectors.

The hire will work with local and national teams on complex litigation matters and help develop client relationships within the healthcare and life‑sciences industries. The firm is open to candidates with an existing portable practice and will consider partners with a demonstrated record of originating and managing business.

Admitted to practice in the relevant jurisdiction and in good standing.
Established partner-level experience in IP litigation, including patent and trade‑secret matters; healthcare or life‑sciences experience preferred.
Track record of leading teams in complex litigation and managing client relationships.
Proven business-development ability; portable practice/book of business welcomed.
