Leading US law firm is seeking a partner to build and lead a practice focused on healthcare, life sciences and education matters from its Madison office. The role combines client counseling, strategic regulatory work and transactional matters across those industry sectors.

This is a senior, client-facing role that will work with cross-office teams and industry groups. The firm is open to candidates nationwide and welcomes partners with a portable practice or established client relationships aligned to healthcare, life sciences or education.

Partner-level experience advising healthcare, life sciences or education clients (regulatory, transactional or compliance matters).
Proven client-development record and demonstrated ability to originate and manage client relationships; portable book of business preferred.
Experience leading deal teams and collaborating across practice and industry groups.
JD and active bar admission or eligibility to be admitted in the relevant jurisdiction.
