Partner, Healthcare & Intellectual Property Litigation — Madison

Senior litigation partner role in the Madison office of a leading national law firm. The role will focus on healthcare and life‑sciences disputes with a heavy intellectual‑property litigation component, handling complex, high‑stakes matters for institutional and corporate clients.

The partner will lead case strategy and trial work, supervise a multi‑disciplinary team, and collaborate with other offices on cross‑jurisdictional matters. Significant client development and practice growth responsibility are included.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner‑level litigation experience in healthcare, life sciences and/or IP matters
• Proven trial and courtroom experience and ability to lead complex, high‑stakes disputes
• Track record of originating and developing client relationships and business development
• Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or willingness to obtain admission
