Senior litigation partner opportunity in Madison focusing on healthcare and technology-related disputes. The role will handle complex civil litigation matters, including defense work in healthcare regulatory and managed-care disputes, and business litigation arising from AI, cyber security and cryptocurrency issues.

The practice combines courtroom and counseling work: leading trials and appeals as needed, managing teams, and developing client relationships across healthcare providers, payors and technology companies. The team seeks a partner who will expand and lead the local litigation presence while collaborating with a national practice network.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven trial and appellate litigation experience and case leadership
• Experience defending healthcare matters, including FCA-style claims and managed care litigation
• Familiarity with technology-driven disputes (AI, cyber security, cryptocurrency) and advising tech-sector clients
• JD and admission (or ability to obtain admission) in the relevant jurisdiction; strong client origination and team leadership skills
