Seeking a lateral partner to join a national law firm's Technology and Healthcare practice in Madison. The role will focus on privacy, data protection and software-related matters across healthcare and technology clients.

The partner will be client-facing, expected to develop and lead engagements, collaborate with cross-office teams, and play a key role in business development and market growth for the practice.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established experience advising on privacy & data protection and software matters for healthcare and technology clients
• Proven business development record and ability to originate and grow client relationships
• Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s)
