Proven partner-level experience handling complex commercial litigation and M&A matters.
Track record of originating or materially contributing to client relationships; portable practice preferred.
Comfort collaborating as part of a multi-office platform serving US and international markets.
Ability to work across regulated and industry sectors (e.g. life sciences, financial services, technology, energy).
