The role suits an established partner with a demonstrable, portable practice and deep experience handling high‑value disputes alongside complex M&A and corporate matters.

The firm is particularly interested in acquiring teams or group hires to expand transactional capacity and strengthen commercial litigation capabilities. Target sectors include life sciences, financial services, technology, energy and automotive; matters frequently have cross‑border or national footprints.

Established partner with a track record leading major commercial litigation and corporate transactions
Portable client relationships and a demonstrable book of business (significant portable practice preferred)
Willingness to consider team hires or group moves rather than single‑lawyer lateral hires
Sector experience in life sciences, financial services, technology, energy or automotive
Proven experience working on matters with national and cross‑border exposure (e.g., New York, Northern California, Texas, UK, Germany)
