Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Denver litigation team with a focus on employment, professional liability, healthcare and construction disputes. The role offers responsibility for leading matters, trying cases when needed, and expanding regional capability in these practice areas.

The ideal candidate will have an established litigation practice and a demonstrated track record of client development. This is a partner-level opportunity where you will manage a docket, mentor junior lawyers, and work collaboratively across related practices to serve regional and national clients.

Proven partner-level litigation experience in employment and related areas (healthcare, professional liability, construction)
Strong trial and courtroom experience and/or substantial contested litigation background
Demonstrated business development skills and a portable practice or the ability to generate new work
Active bar admission in the hiring jurisdiction or ability to become admitted
Experience supervising associates and managing client relationships
