Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Denver real estate and construction team. The role will focus on complex land-use and real estate development matters, construction transactions and disputes, and related hospitality matters.

The position offers an opportunity to lead engagements, work cross-practice with estate/succession planning where matters overlap, and help grow a regional practice. The team handles both transactional and contentious matters for institutional and private developer clients.

Partner-level experience in real estate development (land use/dirt law), construction law, or related hospitality work
Proven track record of client origination and business development; portable practice preferred
Experience managing teams and leading complex transactions and/or litigation
Active bar admission and strong local market relationships
