We are seeking a senior-level associate or counsel with 4 or more years of experience to join our Real Estate Finance group within the Finance Department in Denver. Candidates should have extensive experience with a wide range of debt, debt-like, and equity transactions secured by or invested in real estate projects, including sophisticated structured finance, preferred equity investments, and distressed commercial real estate matters (transactional). The role focuses primarily on lender/capital provider-side work but also includes borrower-side matters. We value a blend of both perspectives.
