Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to strengthen and grow its construction litigation and real estate dispute practice in Denver. The role combines courtroom advocacy, case management and client-facing business development on complex commercial and construction matters.

The successful candidate will lead matters, mentor junior lawyers, coordinate with transactional real estate colleagues and help expand the regional practice. There is an expectation of contributing a portable practice or existing client relationships to accelerate growth.

Established partner with substantial experience in construction litigation and commercial real estate disputes
Proven track record of client relationships and business development at the partner level
History of managing teams and mentoring associates in litigation matters
Active Colorado bar admission or eligibility to waive into the state
