Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral Real Estate & Construction partner to join its Denver office. The role will focus on advising developers, owners, contractors and institutional clients on complex real estate and construction matters across the project lifecycle.

Established partner-level experience in real estate and/or construction law
Proven track record of client development and managing a partner-level practice (portable book of business welcomed)
Experience handling complex transactions, contracts, project delivery, and dispute avoidance or resolution
Admissions or ability to become admitted in Colorado; strong interpersonal and leadership skills
