Senior transactional and regulatory healthcare partner opportunity in Denver with a well-established national practice. The role focuses on advising healthcare and life sciences clients on regulatory, compliance, and commercial matters within a multidisciplinary team.

The team works on a mix of matters for healthcare providers, payors, and life sciences businesses; the role will combine client counseling, deal work and cross-practice collaboration. The position reports into the national healthcare leadership and will have strong support from national resources.

Established partner-level record in healthcare and life sciences practice areas.
Experience advising on regulatory, compliance, and commercial matters for healthcare or life sciences clients.
Proven client development skills and ability to originate or grow client relationships; portable book of business welcomed.
Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and ability to work from the Denver office.
