Established partner-level experience in compliance, regulatory, or government-facing matters
Proven track record of client development and the ability to bring or grow a portable practice
Licensed or able to obtain admission in Colorado (or admission in another U.S. jurisdiction with plan to transfer)
Strong leadership and team-management skills; experience supervising junior lawyers and collaborating across practices
