National law firm seeking a lateral partner to lead and expand its Compliance & Regulatory practice in Denver with a focus on healthcare and media/advertising matters. The role will advise clients on regulatory risk, FDA matters, advertising compliance, and related corporate counseling across these sectors.

The hire will join a multi-disciplinary team and be expected to develop and manage client relationships, supervise junior lawyers, and contribute to business development. Candidates with an established portable practice or book of business in regulatory, healthcare or advertising law are encouraged to apply.

Established partner-level background in compliance and regulatory counseling, ideally with substantial healthcare and/or advertising/FDA experience
Strong record of client management and business development; portable practice preferred
Admitted to practice in Colorado (or eligible) and able to practice in Denver
Experience supervising associates and leading multidisciplinary matters
