Lateral Partner — Technology & Healthcare Compliance, Denver

Seeking a senior lateral partner to lead and grow a technology and healthcare compliance practice from the Denver office. The role focuses on advising clients on privacy, data protection, regulatory compliance and related commercial matters across healthcare and software/technology sectors.

The partner will work cross-functionally with transactional and regulatory teams, manage client relationships, and drive business development efforts to expand the practice nationally. This is a leadership role with responsibility for mentoring senior associates and building a stable, revenue-generating practice.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner track record in privacy, data protection and healthcare regulatory matters
• Proven client development and rainmaking ability in technology and/or healthcare sectors
• Experience leading teams, managing engagements and working across transactional and regulatory practices
• Active bar admission and good standing
