Seeking a partner to lead and grow a litigation practice focused on healthcare disputes and technology-related business litigation. The role will handle False Claims Act and managed-care matters, as well as complex commercial litigation involving AI, cybersecurity, and cryptocurrency issues.

Responsibilities include managing significant cases from intake through trial, mentoring and expanding a litigation team, and developing new client relationships in the healthcare and technology sectors. The position is based in Denver and will work closely with regional and national practice groups.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Established litigation experience in healthcare matters, including FCA and managed-care disputes
Demonstrated experience with technology-related commercial litigation (AI, cybersecurity, cryptocurrency)
Proven client development and team leadership skills; trial and motion practice experience
Active bar admission and ability to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
