The successful candidate will bring a portable commercial litigation practice, take a lead role on client development, and contribute to firm-wide litigation strategy. This position offers partnership in a well-resourced, collaborative practice with national reach.

Proven track record as a partner-level commercial litigator with significant trial and appellate experience.
Portable book of business or demonstrable client origination and business development skills.
Strong leadership and people-management experience; ability to mentor associates and lead case teams.
Bar admission in Colorado or willingness to obtain admission.
