Partner — Litigation & Healthcare (Denver)

Seeking a lateral partner to build and lead a litigation practice focused on healthcare and technology-related disputes. The role will handle government investigations and defense, managed-care litigation, and complex commercial matters involving AI, cybersecurity, and cryptocurrency issues.

The partner will join a multidisciplinary team and work with national clients on high‑stakes matters. The position requires courtroom experience, strategic case management, and active participation in business development to grow the practice regionally.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established trial and appellate litigation experience, including government investigations and healthcare litigation (e.g., FCA/managed-care matters)
• Proven track record in technology-related disputes (AI, cyber security, cryptocurrency or similar)
• Strong business development skills and ability to lead teams and mentor associates
• Admission to the state bar in the hiring office or ability to obtain promptly
