Leading national law firm seeks a partner to join its Cincinnati litigation team, with a focus on employment and labor, healthcare-related disputes, professional liability and construction litigation. The role will involve handling complex commercial and regulatory matters, defending high-stakes matters in state and federal court, and supervising associate teams.

The firm is looking for a lawyer with an established trial and motion practice who can counsel institutional and corporate clients across regulated industries. This is a visible role that combines case management, courtroom advocacy and client-facing business development.

A portable practice or book of business is welcome and will be considered. The team offers collaboration across practices and resources to support litigation, regulatory and employment-related work.

Partner-level litigation experience, including courtroom and motion practice
Proven experience in employment/labor and related healthcare or professional liability matters; construction litigation experience a plus
Demonstrated client development and business-generation capability; portable practice welcome
Experience managing teams of associates and working cross-functionally with regulatory and transactional colleagues
Active bar admission in Ohio or willingness to seek admission
