Partner — Employment & Labor Litigation — Cincinnati

Leading national law firm seeks a Lateral Partner to join its Cincinnati employment and labor litigation practice. The role focuses on managing contested employment matters across private and public-sector clients, leading trial and appellate work, and supervising litigation teams.

The partner will have responsibility for case strategy, client relationship management, and growing the practice locally. The position offers a platform to handle high-stakes employment litigation matters and to collaborate with a broader national team on complex disputes.

• Proven partner-level experience in employment and labor litigation (trial and appellate experience preferred)
• Track record of originating and managing client relationships; portable book of business desirable
• Strong courtroom, motion practice, and case-management skills
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and significant commercial litigation experience
• Ability to supervise and mentor associates and contribute to business development
