Leading national law firm is seeking a Lateral Partner to join its Cincinnati office to lead and grow a healthcare and life sciences litigation practice. The role focuses on defending healthcare providers and life sciences companies in high-stakes litigation and regulatory-related disputes.

The successful candidate will have a well-established trial and litigation background, experience counseling clients in the healthcare sector, and a track record of originating and developing business. The team offers collaborative resources across regulatory, transactional and compliance practices to support complex matters.

Juris Doctor and active bar admission (or ability to obtain) in Ohio.
Partner-level experience in healthcare and life sciences litigation, including trial and contested matters.
Proven business development ability; a portable practice or demonstrable book of business is desirable.
Strong client relationship, leadership and mentoring skills; ability to work cross-functionally with regulatory and transactional teams.
