Established national law firm is seeking a partner to join its Cincinnati litigation team with a focus on securities and white-collar matters. The role offers leadership on complex civil and regulatory disputes, handling trial and investigatory work for corporate clients.

The position is suited to an experienced litigator able to develop and manage a portable practice, mentor junior lawyers, and contribute to business development efforts in the region. You will work on cross-practice matters alongside an established team of litigators and regulatory specialists.

Proven partner-level litigation experience, including securities and/or white-collar defense.
Track record of leading investigations, regulatory matters, or complex civil litigation.
Demonstrable business development ability; portable practice preferred.
Strong trial and client-management skills; experience mentoring associates.
