Established law firm is seeking a Lateral Partner to join its Sacramento litigation team, with a primary focus on employment and labor matters. The role will also handle professional liability, healthcare-related disputes, and construction litigation across state and federal courts.

The successful candidate will lead client engagements, manage and develop case teams, and help grow a regional practice. A portable book of business or demonstrable client origination ability is welcome and will be supported.

Proven partner-level commercial litigation experience, with significant employment and labor matters.
Track record in professional liability, healthcare or construction disputes preferred.
Strong trial and ADR experience and sound litigation strategy skills.
Business development skills and ability to originate or expand client relationships; leadership and team management experience.
