Leading national firm seeks a partner to join and grow its Technology and Healthcare practices in the Sacramento office. The role will focus on privacy and data protection, technology transactions and software-related matters for healthcare and technology sector clients.

Ideal candidate will take a senior technical role in client engagement and matter delivery, working across multidisciplinary teams and contributing to practice development and business generation within the region.

There is an expectation the successful hire will bring an established client base or demonstrable business development capability appropriate for a partner-level role.

Partner-level experience practicing at the intersection of technology and healthcare (privacy/data protection, technology transactions, software).
Proven track record of winning and managing client matters and developing business at the partner level; portable client relationships preferred.
Experience leading deal teams and mentoring associates.
Licensed or able to become licensed to practice in California and eligible to work in the United States.
