Leading Canadian law firm is seeking a partner to join its Toronto litigation and environmental practice. The role suits a mid- to senior-level partner with an established practice who can lead complex regulatory, environmental and related commercial disputes, and who is comfortable advising clients across regulated sectors.

We welcome candidates with experience on white-collar, financial‑services or private‑equity related matters where disputes intersect with regulatory and environmental issues. A strong track record of managing teams and delivering client service is important; a portable practice is an asset but a large book of business is not required.

Partner-level litigation experience with a focus on environmental, regulatory or white‑collar matters
Proven ability to manage files and mentor junior lawyers
Business development capability; portable practice welcomed but not mandatory
Licensed to practise in the relevant Canadian jurisdiction (Ontario preferred)
Preference for candidates with a longer-term horizon (typically ~5–10 years until planned retirement), though flexibility will be considered for strong practices
