Lateral Partner — Litigation, Intellectual Property & Corporate — Las Vegas

Seeking a lateral partner to join a busy Nevada office and help expand litigation, intellectual property and corporate capabilities. The role will involve leading high‑value matters, developing client relationships, and collaborating with national teams across multiple offices.

Preferred candidates will have an established practice and proven client development skills, with experience handling complex IP litigation, mass‑torts/product liability or corporate matters. The firm offers a flexible partner compensation structure and support for partners who bring a portable practice.

• Proven partner or senior counsel with a substantial, transferable practice (portable book of business desirable).
• Deep experience in one or more of: IP litigation (including patent matters), complex commercial litigation, mass tort/product liability, or corporate transactions.
• Track record of client development and leading case teams; able to cross‑collaborate with national practice groups.
• Strong trial and/or motion practice skills for litigation roles; transactional experience for corporate roles.
