Established national litigation practice is seeking a lateral partner to join its San Diego office. The role will focus on commercial litigation with opportunities to work on securities and white-collar related matters across a range of industries.

The team handles high-stakes disputes and investigative work; the successful candidate will take a lead role on significant matters, supervise junior lawyers, and work closely with existing practice leaders to grow the bench locally.

Applicants with an established portable practice or demonstrable business development track record in litigation/securities matters are encouraged to apply.

Proven partner-level litigation experience, including securities or white-collar matters
Track record of leading complex disputes and supervising teams
Business development capability; portable book of business welcomed
Active admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction or eligibility to transfer
