Leading international firm is seeking a partner to join its San Diego office to grow and lead a transactional and IP-focused litigation practice. The role will work across M&A, capital markets, technology and life sciences matters, supporting both corporate transactions and related intellectual property disputes and counseling.

This is a visible role combining client origination, cross-office collaboration and practice development. The successful candidate will work with deal teams and litigation groups across the firm’s national and international platform to win and manage complex matters for corporate, technology and life-sciences clients.

Established partner track record in corporate M&A, capital markets or related transactional work, with complementary IP litigation or technology transactions experience.
Demonstrable client origination and business-development capability; portable book of business preferred.
Experience working collaboratively with multi-office teams on cross-border or national matters.
Strong leadership and team management skills; admitted to practice in the relevant jurisdiction or able to qualify promptly.
