Lateral Partner, Litigation — San Francisco

Experienced litigation partner sought to join a well-established national firm’s San Francisco office to lead complex commercial litigation, product liability and mass tort matters. The role combines trial work, case strategy and team leadership across state and federal courts.

The successful candidate will oversee case teams, develop and execute litigation strategy, and collaborate with cross-office practices on high-stakes matters. There is an expectation to contribute to practice development and help grow the regional litigation platform.

• Established partner-level experience in commercial litigation with a significant focus on product liability and mass tort matters.
• Proven trial and motion experience in state and federal courts; strong written and oral advocacy skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage complex discovery and coordinate large-scale litigation.
• Practice-development capability; a portable book of business or demonstrable origination and client relationships is preferred.
• Bar admission as required for practice in California (or eligible to obtain admission).
