Leading national law practice is seeking a lateral partner to join its Las Vegas litigation team with a strong securities and healthcare/life‑sciences focus. The role will handle complex securities disputes, white‑collar matters and regulatory issues arising in the healthcare and digital health sectors.

The successful candidate will take a senior role on high‑value matters, working closely with cross‑practice teams and contributing to business development across securities, healthcare and life‑sciences clients. There is an expectation of bringing and growing a portable practice consistent with a partner position.

Established partner‑level litigation background with substantial experience in securities and white‑collar matters.
Experience handling healthcare or life‑sciences regulatory or disputes work preferred.
Proven trial or contested litigation experience and ability to manage significant matters end‑to‑end.
Demonstrable business development capability and experience building a portable client base.
