Lateral Partner — Litigation & Technology, Raleigh

Senior partner-level opportunity to join a highly regarded national firm’s litigation and technology practice in Raleigh. The role focuses on fintech, cyber‑security and corporate M&A matters, advising clients on complex disputes, regulatory issues and transactional risk.

The successful candidate will lead and develop a cross‑practice team, build client relationships across the U.S. (with particular engagement with West Coast clients) and originate new matters. This is a client‑facing role with significant business development and practice leadership responsibilities.

• Established partner with a proven record in litigation and technology/fintech matters.
• Demonstrable client development experience and a portable practice or ability to originate work.
• Experience advising on cybersecurity, corporate governance and M&A‑related disputes or risk mitigation.
• Strong team leadership, mentoring and business development skills; JD and active bar admission.
