Established, nationwide law firm seeking a lateral partner to join its Boston office to lead matters at the intersection of litigation, corporate work and technology. The role focuses on fintech and cyber-related issues, corporate governance, and M&A-related disputes and transactions.

The successful candidate will run client engagements, supervise cross-office teams, and work closely with industry-focused groups. A portable practice or demonstrable client relationships in fintech/cyber or technology-driven corporate matters are viewed positively.

Partner-level experience in litigation and/or technology-related corporate transactions.
Proven track record advising on fintech, cyber security, corporate governance and M&A matters.
Client development skills and experience running a portable practice or originating work.
Ability to lead teams and collaborate across practice groups and offices.
